The National Institute of Whole Health provides a variety of support and services for its learners. As our focus is on serving those who serve others within medicine and health care, we have surveyed our learners to identify what type of support they prefer once they have completed the program.
For the majority of NIWH learners, integrating the Whole Health training into their current field of health related work is their primary interest. Be it nursing, fitness, education, medicine, counseling, nutrition or an allied heath field they current work in, they want to enhance their skills and knowledge to serve their patients and clients.
Some individuals would like to know more about the necessary business and legal guidelines to create a private Whole Health business that is within their scope of professional practice. This includes knowing where to purchase malpractice insurance, how to apply for an NPI number for health insurance billing specific to health educators, and how to obtain other available advanced post-graduate credentials as a result of completing their Whole Health Education training. These additional credentials include: (1) Chronic Care Professional (CCP) certification (2) Registered Health Coach (3) Board Certified Holistic Nurse certification (4) AHNCC Board Certified Nurse Coach certification.
The resources NIWH offer are congruent with our commitment to our qualified learners who will become successful Whole Health Professionals who create their own right work within healthcare.
