Overview

The NIWH Whole Health Coaching program combines the NIWH Whole Health Educator program with core Coaching Compentencies to produce an evidence-based health science curriculum enhanced by coaching skills and tools. Grounded in integrated health sciences this curriculum delivers the health knowledge and coaching mastery you need to empower your clients through understanding the whole picture of health®, and providing them the guidance to take control of their of life, health and well-being.

A Whole Health Educator invites their patient/client into taking greater control of their health by providing de-mystified whole health information, encouraging them towards personal discernment and identifying behavioral engagement skills to improve their lifestyle choices. The Whole Health Coach guides and advocates for the client through the single most important coaching skill of "asking powerful questions" which promote personal awareness and personal action taking on the part of the patient/client.

The knowledge and skill gained through the Whole Health Educator and Whole Health Coach training is a masterful combination that can facilitate your patient/client to reach their personal best state of health, wellness and happiness. This set of skills should be a part of every health, allied health and education professionals tool box.
